A little late, but it’s the thought/effort that counts.
I resolve…
- to continue and improve upon my academic successes of 2011
- to complete the 25 Book Challenge
- to socialise more and not feel anxious/guilty/etc. about social situations - and therefore…
- to overcome social anxiety and not let it interfere with my final year of undergrad
- to be more independent in all aspects of my life: a) living situations: hopefully move out; b) spending: reduce impulse internet shopping, live within my student means; c) travel: more!, go back to Spain
- to engage my brain in at least one non-school-related activity every week (e.g. reading The Economist, reading journal articles…basically not always watching TV!)
- to stop procrastinating! especially school work, but also cleaning, replying to emails, etc.
- to not sweat the small stuff - instead, focus on the big picture and stop worrying about tiny insignificant events
- to try to have one vegan meal a week
- to figure out what foods recharge and nourish my body and which ones make me feel yucky
